How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Tutelync account and all associated data, please send an email to:

Include the following in your email:

• Your registered email address
• Your coaching center name
• Reason for deletion (optional)

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:

• Your user account and login credentials
• Coaching center profile and settings
• All student records (names, contact details, photos)
• Attendance records
• Fee and payment records
• Exam results
• WhatsApp message logs
• Announcements
• Staff accounts linked to your center

What We May Retain

• Payment transaction records (required by Indian tax/accounting laws for up to 7 years)
• Data necessary to comply with legal obligations

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. This action is irreversible — all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
