1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Tutelync (tutelync.com), a coaching center management platform operated by Glyphora, Kerala, India. By creating an account or using Tutelync, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" — Tutelync web application and mobile app
• "User" — Any person who creates an account on Tutelync (coaching center owner, admin, teacher, or staff)
• "Center" — A coaching center, tuition center, or educational institution registered on Tutelync
• "Student Data" — Information about students entered by the Center, including personal details, attendance, fees, and exam records
• "We/Us/Our" — Glyphora, the company behind Tutelync

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One coaching center = one account. Multiple staff members can be added under one center account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Tutelync only for:

• Managing your coaching/tuition center operations
• Tracking student attendance, fees, and exam records
• Communicating with parents through WhatsApp (when enabled)
• Any other lawful purpose related to education management

You must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful files
• Attempt to access other centers' data or accounts
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Tutelync
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the WhatsApp integration

5. Student Data & Responsibility

• You (the Center) are the data controller for all student data entered into Tutelync
• You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents/guardians before entering student information
• You must ensure that parent phone numbers added for WhatsApp notifications have consented to receive messages
• We (Tutelync) act as a data processor and process student data only as directed by the Center through platform features
• We do not access, sell, or share student data with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy

6. Subscription & Payments

• Tutelync offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Pro plans
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy

7. Plan Limits

Each plan has limits on the number of batches, students, staff members, and WhatsApp messages. If you exceed your plan limits, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan. We will not delete your data if you exceed limits — features will simply become restricted until you upgrade or reduce usage.

8. WhatsApp Integration

• WhatsApp messaging is provided through third-party APIs (AiSensy/WhatsApp Business API)
• Message delivery depends on WhatsApp's availability and the recipient's phone status
• We do not guarantee 100% message delivery
• WhatsApp message quotas are per calendar month and reset automatically
• You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and not send spam or promotional messages through the integration

9. Availability & Uptime

• We strive to keep Tutelync available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Vercel, Supabase, Razorpay, WhatsApp)

10. Intellectual Property

• Tutelync, its logo, design, and code are the property of Glyphora
• Your data (center information, student records) remains your property
• You grant us a limited license to process and display your data within the platform

11. Account Deletion

• You can request account deletion from the Settings page or by emailing us
• Upon deletion, all your center data (students, attendance, fees, exams) will be permanently removed within 30 days
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled upon account deletion
• Deletion is irreversible — we cannot recover deleted data

12. Limitation of Liability

• Tutelync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use of our platform
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on reports or data displayed in the platform

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of Tutelync after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
